Coaches: TYHA expects each coach to champion the club goals, to watch other teams in the club, and to communicate often with the professional coaching staff on the needs of their teams. Coaches should reinforce the coaching philosophy of the club and provide a consistent picture for their players. All our coaches should set an example for others to follow which includes positive dealings with referees, players and spectators. Coaches should keep an open channel of communication with parents so that the parents know the short range and long range plans for the team.
TYHA makes a commitment to every registered player for the seasonal year to provide them with an environment in which they can develop as hockey players.
