These classes have been designed to fulfill the basic needs
of those interested in hockey skating. Some of the elements
covered in this class are forward and backward crossovers,
stroking, mohawks, hockey turns and hockey stops. This
program will prepare boys and girls with the skating skills
they need for the youth hockey leagues. All elements will be
taught without stick or puck as proper skating techniques
are the primary focus of the class. All participants
are required to wear a helmet!
